I recently had an unpleasant visit to the Burger King located at [redacted] Weir Dr, Woodbury, MN [redacted]. Today, around 12:15 pm, I went through the drive-through with three cars ahead of me, waiting for 20 minutes. I ordered (2) #5 meals in separate bags but received them in one bag after waiting an additional 3 minutes at the window. When I asked for them to be in separate bags, the staff seemed bothered. The Whopper Jr's were dry and hard, clearly not freshly made. This is not the first time I've encountered such issues here; it seems to be a recurring problem. I have even experienced delays due to lack of staff in the kitchen in the past. It's disappointing to see this level of service, especially during lunch hours when the rush should be anticipated. It appears many customers may be avoiding this location because of such experiences. If improvements are not made, I fear this store may struggle.

I recently visited a Burger King and ordered a fish sandwich because I don't eat meat. However, I was given a chicken sandwich instead. When I went back to explain the mistake, the worker was not apologetic and even proceeded to speak negatively about me in Creole, not realizing I could understand. I then spoke to the manager, who apologized but mentioned that the employee in question was the General manager and seemed dismissive of my concerns. The General manager even told me not to return to the restaurant. I tried contacting Burger King headquarters to provide feedback but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message due to their phone system. After eating the chicken sandwich, I experienced vomiting, stomach ache, and nausea, and I am still feeling unwell.

Last summer, I had a troubling encounter with a manager named Justin at a fast-food drive-thru. Despite reaching out to headquarters and being told he should apologize, he threatened me instead. In January, after multiple visits to the store, Justin confronted me again, attempting to ban me once more. His behavior was unwelcoming and he threatened to involve the police. When I tried to contact Burger King's phone number, I faced difficulty getting through. I'm frustrated with the situation and seeking resolution through this platform.

I took my 88-year-old mother to the Burger King on Hosmer Street in Tacoma. We ordered a Whopper with cheese, a Whopper Jr, and a small fry. When we got home, my mother, who is diabetic, realized her food was missing. I called the restaurant, but the employee seemed indifferent. I mentioned contacting corporate, and she didn't think it would help. I refused to go back due to the late hour and requested appropriate customer service. After giving my details, a person named Lonnie took over but didn't resolve the issue fully. I insisted on receiving what I paid for and want a refund for the inconvenience. I expect a call back to acknowledge my complaint. It's disappointing when customer service fails, especially when people work hard for their money. Dining out is costly, and it's essential to receive what was paid for.

I am a loyal customer of Burger King. I often buy burgers or coffee there. Lately, I've had some uncomfortable experiences needing to use the restroom. While I'm grateful to most employees who have been accommodating, two employees this morning were extremely disrespectful. One, your manager, and another female employee made rude comments about customers using the restroom. They even physically blocked me from using the facilities, and refused elderly customers as well. This behavior is unacceptable. I work for the city and issue tickets, and find this situation disappointing. I ask for this matter to be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I recently visited the newest Burger King location in St. Catharines a few days ago with my brother. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. Although there was no line, I had to wait over 20 minutes to place my order, while my brother was served in just 10 minutes. It took an additional 15 minutes for my food to arrive, making for a frustrating experience. To add to the disappointment, some friends who joined us had to wait 15 minutes only to find out the restaurant was out of fish, an issue for our vegetarian friends. Despite being a loyal Burger King customer for many years and typically enjoying the Whopper, this visit was subpar. The lack of staff (only 3 employees) coupled with delays in service affected not only me but also other patrons and delivery drivers waiting for their orders. As a resident of Thorold, a neighboring town, this experience has left me hesitant to visit this location again, especially since there is a Burger King closer to home that I can't utilize at the moment.

I experienced wrongful termination, sexual harassment, defamation of character, and disrespect while employed at the Burger King on Central Avenue in East Orange, NJ. Despite my dedication, working tirelessly, and missing only seven days in seven months, I faced severe issues. When I needed mental health days due to feeling suicidal, my manager responded disrespectfully, ultimately terminating me. Upon visiting to discuss with the GM, I overheard him conversing with the same manager about me. I was denied a conversation and requested to schedule an appointment. I have faced threats, inappropriate behavior, and job jeopardy from this manager. I urge a prompt response from HR regarding these incidents.

Hello, my name is Rosanna Harris. I visited the Burger King on 51st and Olive and placed an order. When I reached the window, the order was incorrect. The lady working called the manager, a gentleman named John. Instead of addressing the situation calmly, he began yelling at me. I politely reminded him that I am a paying customer deserving of respect. John justified his behavior by stating that he acts the same way everywhere. I stressed the importance of professionalism while at work. I found his appearance disheveled, and his erratic behavior, including yelling at employees, was concerning. I believe it is inappropriate to have a manager behaving in such a manner at a place where customers expect a pleasant experience. I will not be returning to that Burger King location on 51st Avenue and Olive. The incident occurred at 7:14 pm. I urge the management to address this behavior as it is disrespectful to customers. Thank you.

I encountered an issue at the Burger King located at [redacted] Wilcrest off Murphy Rd in Houston, Texas, both at the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. I waited for 30 minutes at the drive-thru before deciding to go in. When I spoke to the Manager about the long wait, she responded rudely, suggesting I should have come inside from the start. Despite my feedback about managing orders more efficiently to avoid long waits, she insisted that I should have come inside if I had a problem. The Manager refused to provide her name and showed a dismissive attitude. In the restaurant, I witnessed inefficient service and a lack of customer care from the management and staff. The overall experience was disappointing and left me concerned about safety and professionalism at this location.

I recently had an interview at Springs Road Hickory, North Carolina, with the manager, Delinda. However, during the interview, I found her behavior to be unprofessional as she gossiped and spoke negatively about a former employee we both knew. This made me uncomfortable, leading me to decline the job offer. Despite this, I was surprised when Delinda called me multiple times, including from a blocked number, even after I indicated I do not answer such calls. Her persistence and unprofessional conduct further solidified my decision to not accept the position. I believe her actions are not in line with Burger King's policies regarding employee treatment and follow-up after a candidate declines an offer. This experience has left me disappointed and reaffirmed my choice to not work under someone who behaves inappropriately.

My husband and I decided to have lunch at Burger King. As I was waiting for the offers to show up on my phone to place our order, I asked the staff to hold on. Instead of being understanding, the employee began cursing at us, mentioning his mother. Due to my broken leg, their behavior was extremely upsetting. When we went inside, no one addressed the situation. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I am requesting that these employees be fired for their rude and disrespectful behavior. Please contact me to discuss this matter further. The incident occurred at the Burger King on Juban in Denham Springs.

This morning at around 6:30 am, I visited Burger King in Lawrence, NY (#[redacted]) with coupons for two Crois sandwiches. Despite my repeated attempts to order the Bacon Egg and Cheese Crois deal as per my coupons, the staff didn't get my order right. After returning to the store and explaining the situation to a male manager, the issue persisted with a staff member named Udolopho. He became aggressive and hostile towards me, making me feel threatened and uncomfortable. I plan to address this incident with the General Manager later on. The poor customer service at this establishment has left me with no desire to return there. I will be sharing my negative experience with Burger King on various social media platforms.

This morning at approximately 6:30 a.m., I visited Burger King in Lawrence, NY (#[redacted]) with coupons for two Crois sandwiches. Despite requesting the Bacon Egg and Cheese Crois deal two times as indicated on my coupons, it took over 10 minutes for the staff to understand my order. Upon returning home, I discovered that both sandwiches were made with sausage instead of bacon. Upon returning to the store, I spoke with a male manager, who was understanding. However, the staff member who took my order continuously claimed I requested sausage. During the sandwich preparation, a team member named Udolopho (sp) became hostile, insinuating a desire to fight me when I corrected the order to bacon. Despite the manager's efforts to calm him down, the situation remained tense. As a retired State Health Inspector, I expect respectful treatment and did not provoke the aggression. I intend to address this incident with the General Manager, as the store has a negative reputation for customer service. I felt threatened and disrespected, promising not to return due to the unacceptable behavior. I will be sharing my experience at Burger King.

I visited store [redacted] on Matlock in Mansfield, TX [redacted]. The employee at the drive-thru smelled like marijuana. I gave him my money for our order, then later at home, I still smelled it. My son found a small marijuana bud in the bag of food we ordered between 7:30 am and 8 am on 02-03-23. When I returned to talk to the employee, he denied it, saying it couldn't happen. I did not complain about the food, but I was disappointed in his denial. I hope this situation doesn't occur again, even though I don't want anyone to lose their job.

I visited the drive-thru at around 9:50 p.m. on 02-05-[redacted]. I ordered 3 Bacon double cheeseburgers plain from the value menu. Unfortunately, I had to repeat my order three times to the employee. After paying at the window, I was asked to pull over and wait for my food. I waited 10 minutes for the order that was brought out by the manager, Mena, at Store # [redacted] in Hillsboro, Ohio. I suggested that customers who are asked to wait should be offered a complimentary drink, but I was informed this was not the practice. I also had to wait separately for my receipt. This was a disappointing experience for me and I believe I deserve a full refund of $9.87 and some form of compensation like a gift certificate or coupons for the inconvenience caused by this visit.

I had a great experience at store #[redacted] located at [redacted] Alafaya Oviedo, Florida. Natalie Northrop was at the front and provided pleasant and efficient service. Carli Baretto was handling all the food preparation. These two ladies were managing the store effectively by themselves. I am impressed and commend their hard work. Feel free to contact me for any additional questions at [redacted]. Thank you for the exceptional service. - Craig. Email: [redacted]

I would like to report an issue with the general manager at Burger King on Highway 49 in Orange Grove. Tracy Deon has been assigning me tasks that are not within my job description while ignoring other coworkers who should be doing them. She has a personal relationship with a colleague and has fired me under false pretenses whenever I raise concerns. Tracy has failed to document my complaints and accuses me of theft without evidence, while I suspect she is dishonest herself. She neglects her responsibilities and treats the workplace as her own. Her name is Deon Tracy, and the number to reach me is [redacted].

I visited the Burger King Drive-Thru at [redacted] Sheldon Rd in Tampa, FL. I mentioned a coupon for a two Whopper meal for $12.99 but received two Single Quarter Pound Kings instead. Despite explaining the error upon returning home, the service worker denied the mistake. The manager understood the situation and offered the two Whoppers as originally ordered. The next day, I found the Rodeo Burgers missing onion rings and the Single Quarter Pound Kings were assembled incorrectly, with one having two bottom buns. One burger had undercooked meat, which I discovered upon removing a soggy bun (documented with photos). This experience, from missing items to undercooked food, should be rectified promptly with a refund and proper resolution.

I am employed at a nearby business where we have noticed a Burger King employee frequenting our store. This individual, who we believe works at the nearby Burger King based on his uniform and name tag, has been observed stealing over $[redacted] worth of products from our store. It is concerning to witness an employee engaging in such behavior while in their work uniform, as it reflects poorly on the company's hiring practices. I am disappointed by the lack of integrity displayed by this individual and it has definitely influenced my decision to avoid dining at that Burger King location. I urge the management to address this issue with their staff and emphasize the importance of upholding ethical standards while representing the company.

Hello, I visited the branch today and used the app to place my order. I encountered an issue with a staff member, a white lady with colored hair. She insisted my code was a coupon, not a confirmation code. Even after showing her my receipt, she seemed unhelpful. Her African American colleague suggested re-purchasing, but since my payment had already gone through my bank, I declined. Eventually, I discovered my order was ready, making the confusion unnecessary. The poor customer service I received was not an isolated incident. It seems the staff member may require further training in handling orders via the app and interacting with customers. From, Asmaa Ibrahim
