I have previously provided this information, but in the hopes of expediting the cancellation and return of my deposit, I am providing it once more. I attempted to contact the telephone number provided, but not having a confirmation or pin number prevented me from speaking with a representative. I am growing increasingly concerned as I have not received confirmation of my deposit refund despite multiple email requests. The deposit payment of £[redacted].28 was made on March 15, [redacted], via my Nationwide Visa debit card, debited on March 16, [redacted], to LMnext UK Ltd for Last Minute Holidays. The booking seems to have been processed. I am reaching out to address a concerning experience I had with the flight ticket service provided by Gotogate-via-booking.com. My original booking involved a flight from Zurich to Amsterdam at 07:20am on December 16th, [redacted] (Flight LX724) and a return ticket from Amsterdam to Zurich at 7am on December 19th, [redacted] (Flight LX737) with booking reference RM8MJT, totaling [redacted].95 CHF. Due to a change in plans, I requested a rebooking of my outbound flight to Amsterdam for 17:35 on December 16th, [redacted]. I paid [redacted].93 CHF for this change by phone. Despite being assured of the successful rebooking, I was unable to locate the new flight details on my booking account. Both Swiss Airline and Gotogate-via-booking.com confirmed an error in the rebooking process, resulting in me not having a valid outbound ticket. Despite multiple attempts reaching out to Gotogate, no resolution was provided. I am now seeking a full refund of [redacted].95 CHF for the initial ticket and [redacted].93 CHF for the rebooking due to the error on Gotogate’s part after numerous unsuccessful contacts with their customer service. I would like to cancel my reservation at El Sendero Hotel in Santa Fe, NM for July 8. I booked this in January but can't find the confirmation email. The hotel referred me to Booking.com for cancellations. I have the booking #[redacted] but no PIN since I can't find the email. The London office said I need the PIN for cancellation but I don't have it. The upcoming trip doesn't appear in my app either. The UK phone numbers they gave me are inaccessible. I made a reservation for a king suite at Best Western in Kansas City near the Chiefs and Royals Stadium via booking.com. Upon arrival with my confirmation number, I was informed that I didn't have a paid room and was prompted to make a new payment. The receptionist mentioned she needed to rearrange some rooms and argued that my booking confirmation merely reserved a room. I have frequented various hotels and understand the distinction. The staff member was dismissive and treated me as though I was mistaken. Unfortunately, I had to spend the night in my car once more. This marks my third negative encounter with Best Western, and I believe it will be my final one. I am requesting a full refund promptly.

I had booked a room at Days Inn by Wyndham Towson, MD, specifically requesting a handicapped accessible room. Upon check-in, my credit card was charged, and I was given a second-floor room with steep stairs. I requested a first-floor room due to the lack of an elevator, but none were available. The staff refused to refund my credit card, claiming it had not been charged. I am receiving emails about my stay but cannot confirm the status of my credit card. The motel was rundown and dirty, in a questionable area. I am disappointed that Booking.com does not screen the properties listed. Please investigate with the motel regarding my charges. Thank you.

I have a current reservation for an apartment in Paris booked through Booking.com with Confirmation number [redacted]. We booked our reservation in early March before the riots began. Being a family with 2 children (ages 4 and 10), we are worried about the proximity of street fires and tear gas just one km away from the apartment. We tried contacting the property to cancel and waive the fee due to safety concerns, but they have not responded positively. The situation in the area poses a risk to our safety, especially with young children. We are requesting the property to reconsider their cancellation policy and refund our payment in full, considering the circumstances that are out of our control. Hello, I would like to extend my booking to a full night stay. I recently received a message from the hotel stating that I need to contact the Booking support service in order to make this change. The original booking I made is for a day-use plan, allowing me to use the unit for only 6 hours at a time. I booked a stay from March 27th to March 29th at the Summer Suites Residence by Subhome in Malaysia. I need assistance in updating my reservation to a full day stay. Thank you for your help.

Dear Sir/Madam, I, Jurica Gašpar, experienced a significant inconvenience due to a recent booking with "Apartment & Room's Anni" in Zadar. My family and I stayed there with confirmation number [redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. Unfortunately, the staff falsely claimed our reservation was cancelled, leading to Booking penalizing me by revoking discounts and charging extra for our stay. Despite the hostess being pleasant, her contact information was not listed on Booking. Instead, a different individual's number was provided, whom I couldn't reach. After some effort, we managed to contact the actual owner. I urge Booking to reconsider their actions as this situation was caused by the facility's staff error. As a journalist covering tourism, I travel frequently and have never faced such issues before. I kindly request Booking to restore my bonuses and not hold me accountable for this mishap. Thank you.

This flight was delayed, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Banjul and stay overnight in Lisbon. We lost a day. I want to request compensation from TAP. I had a booking in Giza with check-in on January 31st and check-out on February 6th. Due to missed connections, our arrival was delayed to February 2nd, and we struggled to locate the hotel we had reserved. Despite numerous inquiries and hours spent searching, the phone number we called was disconnected, leading us to find alternative accommodations. The hotel in question was paid for through Booking .com, and I am seeking a refund for the inconvenience. While I contacted Booking .com on January 3rd and received an email response, no further progress has been made, and I am currently unable to reach them as they lack an email account.

I made a reservation in early January from Canada but discovered I was a victim of multiple bookings for the Dolce Vita apartment in Stresa, Italy. They offered me an alternative place called La Promenade. Despite sending several emails to Dolce Vita, La Promenade, and Booking, I have received no response. I also attempted to call Dolce Vita, but still no answer. My reservation dates are from September 6th to 9th, [redacted]. I reside in Glasgow, UK, and had booked a flight to Karachi, Pakistan through booking.com for March 26, [redacted]. The itinerary involved a transit in the Netherlands for 2 hours and 5 minutes, followed by an 8-hour transit in Abu Dhabi before reaching Karachi with Etihad Airways. To my dismay, upon attempting to check in at Glasgow airport with my children, I was informed that a Netherlands visa was required even for transit. Despite having a UK visa, this requirement was unknown to me as it was not communicated by booking.com or Etihad. This unforeseen circumstance led to the cancellation of my travel plans, causing distress to my children and me. Upon contacting booking.com UK, I was informed that the tickets were non-refundable and advised to reach out to Etihad. Despite my efforts to seek a refund or compensation, Etihad stated that rebooking or a refund was not possible at the same cost paid initially. As a result, I had to incur additional expenses to book new flights with Emirates. My attempts to address this issue through emails and calls have been unfruitful as booking.com mentioned that it falls under the airline's policy. This ordeal has greatly disrupted my vacation, and I am seeking assistance to obtain a refund in the form of an open voucher.

I have been a loyal customer of Booking.com for quite some time. Over the past year, I have booked accommodations in various locations including England, Scotland, Hungary, and Dubai. I have noticed a small issue that bothers me. When you send me messages, you only address me by my last name, such as "Hey Hearn, we have a special offer for you..." It would mean a lot to me if you could address me as 'Mr. Hearn', 'Jeffrey', or 'Jeffrey Hearn' instead. Just using 'Hearn' feels impolite and lacks a personal touch. It diminishes the quality of your service. I appreciate your prompt attention and am looking forward to your corrective action. Thank you. Jeff H.

On Sunday 9th April, I made a reservation at the Rose Garden Motel in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. Unfortunately, my credit card was declined during the payment process, so I assumed the booking was unsuccessful. I proceeded to book and pay for another place where my credit card worked. To my surprise, I recently discovered a $[redacted] charge on my account, indicating that the initial booking went through later on. I never received any notification regarding this, and it was only when reviewing my Mastercard online account today that I realized the situation.

I had a booking at Restawile Busselton, WA for the dates of March 10th to March 12th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my partner ended up in the hospital, so we were unable to make it. I am writing to report a disappointing experience following a reservation made on March 7, [redacted], by myself and my sister through Booking for the "New Dawn" hotel in Pucon, Chile. The booking was for a stay from March 8 to March 15, [redacted]. The booking details are: Booking Number: [redacted], PIN: [redacted]. Upon arrival in Pucon (unfortunately in the evening), we had trouble finding the New Dawn hotel; a mostly wooden building accessible only by a spiral staircase with some wooden and some iron steps. The state of the "hotel" was dirty; one of the two rooms we reserved had no window. After a long journey from Talca to Pucon, we were too tired to notice immediately that we couldn't stay for 7 nights at this "hotel." We paid for all 7 nights with a credit card without realizing (our mistake) that the amount was much higher than the Booking indicated. We later realized our error and after just one night at the New Dawn, we informed the owner of our cancellation and requested a refund for the 6 unused nights. The owner assured us of the refund once the amount was received in the account, to which we provided our Chilean bank details through a friend in Talca. Despite repeated reminders from both us and our friend, the refund has not been made. One of our messages asked the owner the reason for the lack of confirmation from Booking, to which the response was about the cost associated with notifying Booking. This report aims not to recover the money we consider lost, but to ask Booking to remove this fake hotel from the list to prevent others from falling victim to a scam like we did. Yesterday, I made a reservation through the mobile app at Boutique OZ Sayulita Hotel for a Deluxe double room with a balcony for a total price of $7,[redacted].33 pesos. The amount was charged to my Scotiabank debit card ending in [redacted]. I did not receive a confirmation email or a PIN number, only the deduction from my bank account. The reservation was made for April 7th to April 9th, [redacted], at the mentioned hotel. I request either the confirmation of the reservation or an immediate release of my funds so I can book promptly through another app.
