I purchased a 1.3-gallon Roundup spray recently, but I encountered an issue where the herbicide wouldn't come out despite the sprayer being pressurized correctly. I attempted to soak the sprayer in warm water to unclog it, but this did not solve the problem even after soaking for days. Trying to remove the spray nozzle with a screwdriver was also unsuccessful. I then looked for a replacement hose and sprayer, specifically the "Pull and Spray" model that was advertised to provide continuous spraying with just one pull. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find replacements for these parts like with other companies.

I've relied on the Large Seresto Flea and Tick collar for my dog for over a decade, always pleased with its performance. Recently, however, there has been an increase in fleas on my dog even after purchasing a new collar three months ago. This is perplexing as we have never encountered this problem before. I suspect there may be an issue with the collar's effectiveness, which is disappointing. I hope this can be resolved as I have valued the product and wish to remain a loyal customer in the future.

I purchased a Seresto small dog flea collar at Petco on 12/8/22 to replace it on January 1, [redacted]. I've used these collars before without issues, but this time my dog came back from the groomer infested with fleas. I've spent hours washing everything and cleaning my home thoroughly. Since I suspect counterfeit products being sold at lower prices, I always buy from reputable stores like Petco and unfortunately do not have the receipt. I would appreciate either a new collar from Bayer or a refund of $60.65. Thank you. - J.Z.
