I recently received emails that seemed to be from Athleta but were actually from the credit card company, disguised within an Athleta email. I was automatically signed up for e-statements, which I did not want. It was frustrating to spend an additional 45 minutes fixing this. I am upset about being misled into thinking there was an exciting promotion, only to find there was none. This has caused me to waste time yesterday and today due to clicking on an email from Athleta. As a loyal customer who makes monthly purchases, I feel taken advantage of and this experience is unsettling. - Martha Price

I received an email from Athleta today regarding an eGiftCard I sent to Iloire. There was an issue as the eGiftCard was never viewed even though it was delivered to [redacted] on 10 Dec [redacted]. The eGiftCard order number is CNDU87N5Y3. It seems there was a spelling error in the email address with [redacted] instead of [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could update the email address and resend the eGiftCard, or if it's possible to cancel it so I can request a new one.

I recently visited your Garden State NJ location and was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. As a loyal customer and credit card holder across several of your brands, I was disappointed by my experience. I came in today seeking to replace a pair of athleta leggings due to unraveling seams and falling apart material on the inside, an issue I have never encountered before despite owning many of your leggings. I simply wanted to exchange them for the same item without asking for a refund. The associate manager acknowledged the issue as possibly being defective and agreed to replace them. However, the store manager, Alix, intervened and refused the exchange. This lack of professionalism was shocking to me. I believe that in the case of a loyal customer, exceptions should be made to uphold your quality standards and customer satisfaction. While I understand the policy change, the cost of exchanging one pair of leggings pales in comparison to the negative impact on your reputation. It seems that the quality and customer appreciation have shifted, prompting me to take my business elsewhere.

I am a nurse who ordered joggers from your company for a vacation in October. Due to being hired for a travel nursing job out of state unexpectedly and being away from home, I missed the return window. I intended to return the joggers before this situation arose. To whom it may concern, I am notifying you that I will refrain from purchasing unnecessary clothing, makeup, lingerie, or luxury items until women's rights are fully restored and protected across all states in America. Women deserve the same rights as men. Should your company support the subordination of women and minority groups, I will discontinue my patronage and actively inform others also fighting against oppression. Dear Athleta Customer Service, I have been a loyal customer for years and purchased a pair of white and black linen crop pants at your Missoula, Montana store around 4 to 5 years ago. Despite wearing them only during the summer months and following proper care instructions, I was dismayed to find the crotch area completely worn out and threadbare after washing them today. Considering the initial cost of at least $80, I believe the durability of the pants does not match the price. I have photos of the damage and would be happy to provide them as evidence. I am kindly requesting a credit as a remedy for this premature deterioration of the fabric. I hope to find a suitable replacement for these beloved pants. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I was approved for a credit card at the end of June but have yet to receive it. I am concerned about the delay and would like the card to be canceled. UPDATE 8/2/22 - I have been unable to reach anyone via email or phone regarding the two credit cards issued in my name that have not arrived. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I struggled with a language barrier during one call. I requested to have both cards deactivated, but I am unsure if this was done. I am now receiving bills for one of the cards and have sent multiple emails without response. It is disappointing that Athleta has lost me as a customer due to this ongoing issue.

I am a big fan of your sports bras. In August [redacted], I purchased five of them from the Marin California store before embarking on a two-year trip to Thailand. The staff there helped me with sizing, and I had a wonderful experience. I wear them every day, rotating between them, and they have all held up well except for one. This specific green bra, similar to the "Solace" bra on your website, has had all the stitches under the bust come undone after about three to four weeks of use. I always wash them gently with natural soap and never use the dryer. Since I plan to stay in Thailand for another year, I'm wondering if there is anyone who can advise me on getting it repaired by a local seamstress, or if I should wait until I return.

I placed an order at the store for delivery to my hotel while traveling. The package is now delayed at Hoskins due to address issues that USPS and UPS cannot resolve. Despite trying to correct the address and locate the shipment, it remains unsuccessful. I hold the staff responsible for errors such as the incorrect email address in the system and the hotel address. I am seeking assistance to either change the address or return the package to Athleta for a refund. I find it unreasonable to have spent $[redacted] on a pair of pants that is now stuck in transit with no resolution in sight. My order number is 1BJVT1L.

I placed an order last Friday, 12/16, with Alex at your Exton, PA store for a women's Momentum Seamless top in size small, color dusty jade. Alex completed the transaction on a cell phone due to busy registers and assured me I would receive a receipt via email. She mentioned the order would be sent within 2 days at no additional cost and promised delivery by 12/20, today. However, I haven't received any communication from Athleta since placing the order – no receipt for the credit card purchase, no order confirmation, and no tracking details. I would appreciate knowing if the order was processed successfully and when I can expect to receive it. Thank you.

In September [redacted], I purchased two long cardigan cashmere sweaters from Athleta in Berkeley on Fourth Street. I bought one black and one tan sweater. I never wore the tan one, which still has the tags on, but I wore the black sweater several times. When I bought the sweaters, I was told they were machine washable, and after checking online, this was confirmed. However, after washing the black sweater, it pilled badly. I live in Sacramento and attempted to return the unworn tan sweater at the Pavilions store but was informed it was not returnable due to the purchase being over 60 days old. I am open to receiving a gift card instead of a cash refund, considering the circumstances. The quality of the product does not match its high price, causing disappointment. Despite my dissatisfaction, I understand rules but believe the return policy should be more flexible, especially for unworn items like the tan sweater displayed on a mannequin in-store.

I recently placed an order (Order # 1DW6VBJ) for clothing from Athleta. After trying them on, I need to return them as I'm not satisfied with how they look on me. In processing the return, I found that one item (Item ##[redacted][redacted]) is marked as final sale. I kindly request an exception to the return policy for this item. It seems it might have been mistakenly labeled as non-returnable, as I am careful to avoid final sale items when shopping online. Additionally, the sleeves on this top are excessively long, possibly indicating why it was discontinued. Thank you for your understanding.

I bought a black Alpine sweater but after following the washing instructions on the label (gentle cycle, inside out, in a mesh bag, dried flat), it shrank to toddler size! I really love this sweater and have tried to reshape and stretch it back to normal with no success. This is the second Athleta sweater this has happened to. Firstly, I kindly request a return or refund. Secondly, maybe consider adding a "Dry Clean Only" suggestion in your product information.

I received an incorrect UPS tracking number over the phone for an order I placed on September 6th, as I didn't receive any order or shipment emails. Despite confirming my email address in the system, I never received the correct UPS tracking number via email. Hi, I have been a long-term supporter of the brand and have credit cards with GAP and Banana Republic, but had never tried Athleta until recently. After visiting the store for the first time, I instantly fell in love with their products. Despite being informed that they operated differently from Gap and didn't offer promotions for new customers, I made three separate online orders within an hour of each other using my member free shipping benefit. Subsequently, I discovered that there was a 20% discount available for new customers. In an attempt to rectify this, I tried to contact customer service to cancel and reorder my items, but was unsuccessful in reaching anyone helpful. The manager I spoke to disconnected our call without resolving the issue, and another manager informed me it was too late to cancel two of the orders and could only apply the 20% discount to one. Despite my loyal patronage and substantial $[redacted] purchase that day, I was disappointed by the poor customer service I received.
