Dear Angel Lift, I need assistance with my recent order number [redacted]. After receiving my $[redacted] kit on Nov 20, I experienced small ulcers when using it. My dentist suggested the silicone in the product might be causing this reaction. Additionally, my dentist mentioned that due to my severe overbite, the product may not be effective for me. I would like to return the kit and receive a full refund credited back to my American Express card. Do I need a reference number to mail it back? Please advise. Thank you. - B.E.

I have sent two emails with inquiries but have not received a response. I have now received my product and have additional questions; however, I have been unable to reach anyone at the provided [redacted] number as it is continuously busy. My previous questions were: 1) Do you have a professional clinic in McHenry County, Illinois, where your product can be custom fit? 2) When will the Vermillion line be back in stock? I have a new question regarding the application instructions for DermaSome that came with my order. The instructions mention mixing the gel with a blue dermal extract, but I am unsure which gel and extract are being referred to, as the product I received only contains pink and white balls in the plastic container. I would appreciate a prompt response via email or a working phone number where I can reach a representative. Thank you, -V.

I have not received my order from Angel Lift. I was charged $73.00 and some cents as per the email confirmation I received, which stated that the merchandise was delivered. However, I do not recall receiving any delivery. I tried to locate the information but couldn't find it in my emails, so I searched for the company online. I have not heard of Angel Lift before and now find some of their emails in my spam folder. Despite checking my trash folder, I couldn't find the confirmation email. The order was placed in September for $73.00, but I have not received anything. Please resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I bought an Angellift product on August 1, [redacted], with order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, due to previous jaw surgery, the product is not effective for me. I am entitled to a refund within the allowed time frame. I have tried contacting Angellift for a refund via email twice recently without receiving a response.
