I am having trouble creating a seller account. I received a message saying my Amazon seller account linked to my email address was closed due to inactivity. I am trying to register a new account, but when I click on the register button, it just refreshes the same page.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my account. After placing the order, I was abruptly logged out and my account was suspended. I received an email from Amazon mentioning suspicious activity. I then discovered that my non-reloadable Visa gift card did not have sufficient funds. Since being logged out, I am unable to recall my password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, I have been unsuccessful. Amazon's email stated that upon logging back in, I would need to follow specific instructions. However, I am currently locked out due to the forgotten password.

I purchased a discount pendant crystal glass chandelier for my living room in pink and white. However, the product does not look as attractive as it did in the picture. I requested a cancellation and received approval for the return, but no delivery agent has shown up yet and the return window is closing. I would appreciate it if you could assist in facilitating the return so I can get a refund and order a different product. Thank you.

I am trying to find out who sent me a gift box from L'Occitane. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times via phone and online chat, but I have not received any response. I have thoroughly checked the Amazon box, inside the box, and the gift itself, but there is no indication of the sender's name. Please provide me with the sender's name at [redacted] or call me at [redacted]. I do not believe I should be charged for this information.

I bought an Asus laptop from Amazon on September 30, [redacted], with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted], which includes a one-year warranty. The laptop, purchased from Pari Computers in Pune, is faulty. I filed a complaint with Asus, and their authorized service engineer tried multiple times to fix the issue without success. I am now seeking an urgent replacement.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] was not received as expected. The delivery was scheduled through Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc. with tracking ID: INTLCMB[redacted]78. On the day of the supposed delivery, the status showed "Delivery attempted" with a specific time provided. However, we were present at the address during the indicated time (8:31 PM), and our dog did not react, indicating no one approached the house. This is the third instance of Intelcom failing to deliver as promised, with inaccurate delivery details each time. I aim to ensure a more reliable alternative delivery service in the future. I am unwilling to engage with Intelcom any further. My confidence in Amazon has diminished due to this experience, potentially impacting future shopping decisions. I placed an order on 12-14-[redacted] and shortly after, my mail forwarding company went into lockdown due to a worker's positive COVID status. I have not received any updates about my order despite providing them with all the details. My requests to change the delivery have been ignored and I, as a Senior Citizen needing extra care, feel neglected. I refuse to accept the items due to security concerns and have notified them multiple times this week without a proper response. I may no longer be a customer if my rights are not acknowledged and the delivery issues resolved. How can I get a transcript of this chat?

Regarding order #[redacted]-[redacted] placed on 12/14 with a delivery date of 12/17, I did not receive an order confirmation. After no communication from Amazon, I contacted them on the evening of 12/16 to verify the order status. Ann informed me the order was valid but not shipped yet, with one-day shipping guaranteeing delivery by 12/17. However, this did not happen. On 12/18, Saul mentioned the item was still pending shipping, providing no specific shipping date or delivery estimate. Unexpectedly, I was charged for the item despite it not being shipped. A notification of delay was received later, with no explanation provided. Despite being assured there would be no charge until shipment, my Discover card statement reflects otherwise. The lack of clarity and consistency in communication is concerning.

Order number [redacted]: My delivery schedule changed from Wednesday to Thursday. The website mentioned delivery was made yesterday, but the package was not found at my front door, which is visible from my study. I chatted with Amazon last night and was advised to wait until tonight. However, the package did not arrive today. I require it before Christmas. How can this issue be resolved?

I encountered an issue with my recent orders. I placed one on December 13th and another on December 14th. Surprisingly, I received the December 14th order prior to the December 13th order, which was originally expected to be delivered on December 15th. However, the tracking information kept changing, indicating delays, and it was anticipated to arrive between December 16th to 17th. Unfortunately, it did not arrive as scheduled, and the tracking now states it should be delivered by December 18th. Regrettably, it has not been delivered yet, causing frustration as these items were intended as Christmas gifts. I am left uncertain about the current status of my order, which is quite disappointing.

In August/September [redacted], I accepted an offer to subscribe to Amazon Unlimited. After reviewing the benefits, I decided to keep my Kindle Unlimited membership as it's what I mainly use from Amazon. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to cancel my Amazon Unlimited membership and they have continued to charge me each month. The next payment is scheduled for 25th December. I tried to cancel my membership again on the website and I hope it will be processed correctly this time. I request that it is canceled promptly, no further charges are made, and I receive a refund for the unauthorized payments taken since the free trial ended. I have not used the account and want this issue resolved swiftly as it has been ongoing for months. Thank you.

I am having trouble contacting Amazon about a product I am interested in purchasing before making the purchase. In the past, there was a way to speak with an Amazon representative, but now it seems I can only reach out after placing an order. I would like to know who is responsible for the warranty of a product, whether it is Amazon or the manufacturer. For instance, if a TV (like a Sony) comes with a two-year warranty and malfunctions after 6 months, who is accountable for fixing the issue?

I'm having trouble accessing my account. Yesterday, I verified my details with a representative who mentioned I would receive a response today or within 72 hours. I'm unable to access my books, and my Christmas purchases are on hold. I'm eager to know the reason for my account closure. I have been a member of Amazon Prime, and I receive daily emails notifying me of missing benefits like Amazon Prime Music. I have attempted several times to download the app on my Android mobile to enjoy my benefits fully. I don't take them seriously, but I would appreciate it if you could confirm if they are from you or if it is a fraud. Here's one of the emails: Congratulations! I have experienced poor customer service from Amazon, particularly with replacements and refunds. Recently, I purchased shoes but needed to exchange for the correct size. Despite initiating the replacement process and receiving confirmation, when the item was collected, instead of giving me a replacement or refund, Amazon informed me they refunded the amount to my Amazon Pay balance. Initially, I didn't mind as I could use it for future purchases. To my dismay, when I made a purchase using this balance, the delivery person demanded payment. Somehow, the money in my pay balance vanished, leaving me confused and frustrated. It seems like a chaotic situation and feels like a disservice to loyal customers like me.

I would like to clarify when I supposedly signed up for Amazon Prime for [redacted] pesos per year. I did not request this service at any point, and I need assurance that there will not be a charge on my credit card. I received a receipt via email for an Amazon Prime subscription that I never authorized. It's possible that a forced trial offer was presented, but there is a vast difference between that and me giving consent to subscribe. I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS SUBSCRIPTION IMPOSED ON ME ON DECEMBER 18, [redacted], WHICH I ACTUALLY ALREADY CANCELED ON DECEMBER 20, [redacted]. If you want to charge me, only charge for the two days you arbitrarily applied the subscription. Please do not be abusive. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate the issue to the consumer protection agency. I have already canceled my credit card, and likely will not purchase from your site again.

Hello, My account, registered under [redacted], was compromised, resulting in unauthorized purchases. While Amazon has refunded the charges, I am unable to receive emails at [redacted] and change the password due to not receiving the OTP code. I have created a new account with a different email address, as advised. I would like the [redacted] account closed to prevent further hacking. I purchased sandals in September but returned them shortly after. I was issued a return authorization and mailing label, sent the package, and unfortunately forgot about it. Recently, I was notified that my card was charged because the package was not received. I lack UPS receipts as proof. I believe Amazon should have a record of my return authorization request. I encountered an issue with my account being blocked. I was in the process of shopping for two items before Christmas. One of the items was being shipped by Amazon, so I chose to have it delivered to my current address due to having a free Prime subscription which allowed for next-day delivery. The other item was to be sent to a different address since I would be present there upon its arrival. However, within 10 minutes, both purchases were canceled, and my account was subsequently blocked. Additionally, the payment was made using my brother's card as he provided the funds, even though the item purchased was intended for me.
