I am in the process of addressing some concerns with my account. Firstly, it was unexpectedly put on hold without prior notice. Secondly, I noticed three unauthorized withdrawals of £50 each in April that remain unexplained. Lastly, a legitimate April transaction appears to be mishandled and is not reflected in my bank statement. While investigating, I discovered the issue seems to involve gift cards, which have never been associated with my account. Despite my efforts in the past two to three weeks, I have only encountered representatives who either struggle with language barriers or lack the necessary authority to assist me. Recently, I received a lengthy and confusing email, which I responded to via email and phone, but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I am hopeful to have a conversation or an online chat with a knowledgeable and empowered representative proficient in English to resolve these matters promptly.

I recently purchased two items from Amazon. I returned both items, which were under the same order number, but received an email six weeks later claiming that one of the items was not returned. Amazon threatened to charge me for the item if it wasn't returned by June 9, [redacted]. I returned both items in the same box and Amazon acknowledged receiving the larger item. The only explanation I can think of is that the smaller item was not properly checked upon return, leading to this issue. I find it unfair to be charged for something I have already returned. Has anyone faced a similar situation and how was it resolved? Thank you.

I recently updated my mobile number, and now I can't log in unless I am on a browser that doesn't require a one-time password (OTP). I reached out before, was promised a callback, but have not received one yet. I am unable to figure out how to update my mobile number even on a browser where I can log in. I am requesting assistance via a phone call or email with instructions on how to update my mobile number. Alternatively, I am open to Amazon customer service calling me at my new number, 07[redacted]32, to help me update it.

On May 28th, I placed an order for 1x Evening Primrose and 1x Common Primrose. The Evening Primrose arrived on May 31st, but unfortunately, I have not yet received the Common Primrose. I tried to notify Amazon without success and also reached out via email directly to the garden company, IR Trading, explaining the situation. However, I have not received a response from them. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. While I have the tracking number, I don't believe sharing it would be helpful as the packaging of the item I did receive was in excellent condition and the size seemed suitable for one item.

I received an email from Amazon mentioning order number [redacted]-[redacted], asking for a delivery address update. However, I do not recognize this order number or know what item it refers to. I purchased a Yardforce cordless lawnmower on June 8th, which was delivered on June 9th. Unfortunately, it turned out to be too heavy for my husband and me due to our age. We followed your return instructions, obtained the labels, and dropped the parcel off at High Green post office Sheffield to be shipped back via Parcelforce. We paid £21.65 for the return delivery with enhanced compensation. The destination address provided was for Doncaster DN11 OBG. Upon tracking the parcel on the Parcelforce website, I noticed that it was received in Rotherham by A. Bradley at 10:04 am on June 10th but doesn't show as delivered to Doncaster. Can you assist with this situation, please?

I have been in touch with Amazon customer services to explain my situation. Due to my ongoing health issues and autism, I struggled to manage returns until now when I have a carer. Unfortunately, I need to undergo long-term treatment in the hospital soon. My carer is assisting me in arranging the returns for items I couldn't handle earlier due to my health. I must address these returns before my hospital stay. Amazon requested me to call if a third party didn't respond about a missing item. Due to my condition, I request completing these tasks over the phone instead of written communication as I am too unwell. I appreciate your help.

I purchased two mobile phones on my Amazon account. I was unable to receive the delivery at home and requested the Courier to redeliver in two days. Upon checking the order status, I discovered that the phones were returned. Despite my attempts to contact the merchant, they could only offer a refund and advised me to place a new order. To my dismay, my Amazon account has been locked without explanation, and I am unable to resolve the issue. I have yet to receive my order or refund, and I seek a prompt resolution and restoration of my account. Thank you.

I have noticed unauthorized charges on my NatWest International bank account from Amazon Digital and Amazon Prime, which we did not subscribe to. After spending hours trying to resolve this through our Amazon UK, French, and USA accounts, I discovered that these charges have been occurring for months, totalling over £50, possibly close to £[redacted]. We are pensioners on a tight budget and do not wish for these expenses. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach anyone at Amazon. I am relieved to find this contact method. We have been loyal Amazon customers for 20 years, and I hope this can continue. Please stop these transactions and refund the money. My wife frequently uses her Kindle account. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased a pack of Tena Lady pads for an elderly friend, but it still hasn't arrived after nearly a month. Despite receiving a message on the expected delivery date of June 21st assuring delivery by 8 pm, the package never showed up. I've tried reaching out to the seller with no response. Unfortunately, my friend had to purchase pads elsewhere, which is quite embarrassing as she also reimbursed me. We initially opted for a slightly cheaper option as June 21st was the latest she could wait. I am frustrated by the lack of tracking information and would appreciate a refund so I can reimburse my friend. In the future, I will only purchase from your brand, but I didn't anticipate such an issue as my orders typically arrive well in advance. I paid £6 for Royal Mail to collect an item from my home today, June 25th. The collection was scheduled between 12.02 pm and 2.02 pm, but it did not occur. The collection number is CC-W[redacted]62, and the item number is HZ[redacted]65GB. I was instructed to have the parcel ready early, so I left it out at 5:30 am with a note attached. Despite being home all day and checking my security camera, no one from Royal Mail came to collect. When checking the tracking number provided, it says it's not recognized. I purchased a 15kg pool for my great grandsons. Due to its weight and dimensions, it's challenging for me to lift at 80 years old. Unfortunately, the package was thrown into my garage, leading to damage from a bicycle handlebar. I cannot assess the pool's condition until I receive assistance. The pool is a significant purchase at £[redacted], and its packing indicates it's a high-quality item. This is my second pool order; the first one had a leak upon assembly. I plan to return the damaged pool and receive a replacement from Carnforth tomorrow. I prefer to wait to speak with someone from Amazon before handling the recently delivered package.

I recently tried to add funds to my gift card account, but it seems my account was blocked twice due to suspected unauthorized access. I am unable to change my password or access my Kindle Unlimited account. I've tried to seek help via phone to no avail, being told I will receive an email eventually. As retirees, we rely on purchasing from Amazon but have consistently faced poor delivery service. Despite a bell clearly visible on our door, parcels are often left outside without any attempt to notify us. This observation is not unique to us; delivery personnel simply drop off the parcel, lightly knock, and leave without ensuring the bell is used. It is frustrating that such a simple step is overlooked. If we are not in close proximity to the door, these silent drop-offs result in parcels being left unattended for hours. Contacting Amazon to address these issues seems challenging as the customer service appears hard to reach. We hope they can improve their delivery procedures soon.

We received the delivery for order number [redacted]-[redacted] today and no longer need the refund processed. A replacement order has been placed and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Unfortunately, we received a scam email claiming to be from the Post Office regarding the original delayed order. The email requested £1.99 for a supposed second delivery and asked for card details. We did not provide any information as it was clearly a scam. It is concerning that the scammer had knowledge of the delayed parcel, leading us to question how they obtained this information.

Hello, I had preordered a Kindle reader book, which I believe was by Dustin Stevens. Unfortunately, I can't locate it on my Kindle, and I don't remember the title, but I believe it was the final book in a series. Could you please check your records and inform me when it was delivered (possibly in May) and provide the title? Additionally, can you confirm if it is in my Library and guide me on where to find it? I purchased several items on Amazon using my Mastercard, but my account got locked due to suspicious activity. I've provided my statement multiple times as proof of being the cardholder, but Amazon keeps asking me to resubmit the form. I've been charged for the items, but I haven't received them. My credit card company advised me to request a refund from Amazon for the items that were not delivered.

Subject: Issue with Refund for Man Bag Purchase Hello, I recently purchased a Genuine Vintage Hunter man bag in Dark Brown for £44.34. However, upon receiving the bag, I noticed that the leather was unfinished and dusty on all sides, causing brown dust to transfer onto my hands and clothes during the first use. I had to get my jacket cleaned due to this issue. I returned the bag on 29 June, and a refund of £44.34 was issued on 27 June. However, as of now, the refund has not been credited to my account. I purchased a grey microplate cover from Suzzie Daddy for £27.99 on 05/11/21 (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). It failed after a few months, so I returned it to Amazon and was refunded on 07/03/22. Instead of risking another purchase from Suzzie Daddy, I bought a red cover from Dancing Finger on Amazon for £21.99 on 12/03/22 (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). Despite the new plate working fine, I unexpectedly received a refund. Now, Amazon is asking for the plate back or will charge me. Frustratingly, the red plate cover has also broken. I need to return it but struggle with phone calls due to my age. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Dennis G.

My husband, Stephen J., recently passed away. I simply want to transfer the books from my Kindle (non-backlit) to his Kindle White model with a backlight. We will rename his Kindle to my name before erasing his Amazon/Kindle accounts. After this, I will have an empty Kindle that I will get rid of. His email is [redacted], which I plan to close soon.
