I am frustrated with the lack of information on your website regarding how to receive a refund for an expired product I received. Although chocolates are stated as non-refundable, it is not my responsibility that the chocolates I ordered in May [redacted] were delivered expired in March [redacted]. This is unacceptable, and I am considering taking action against Amazon for selling expired food. I gifted the chocolates to friends who noticed the issue with the first bag, and upon checking the unopened second bag, it is also expired. I demand prompt attention to this matter and a full refund of $78.60 for order [redacted]-[redacted]. Amazon's service has been disappointing, with no phone support and a website that is not helpful.

I have an annual Amazon Prime membership that I paid for in March: March 2, [redacted] Purchase at Point of Sale Merchant: Amazon.ca Prime Membership Amount: $89.27 However, I recently noticed a strange monthly charge in June: June 8, [redacted] Purchase at Point of Sale Merchant: Amazon.ca Prime Membership Amount: $9.03 Despite spending an hour searching my Amazon account, I couldn't find a way to address this issue. There appears to be no available email address, phone number, or complaint form. I also couldn't locate my account number, but I did find this order number: D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. Additionally, I am facing difficulties canceling my monthly delivery of MCT oil. I attempted to cancel after multiple deliveries, but I can only cancel the upcoming one. It seems impossible to cancel the subscription permanently.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I couldn't find a phone number to contact you, so I'm reaching out via email. This is the second time I've had an issue with Amazon's delivery partner, Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc. The item wasn't delivered or even attempted, with a false note left claiming delivery was attempted but access was blocked. I even spoke to the delivery person who promised to return in 3 hours, but he didn't. After a frustrating call with the dispatcher, I requested the package be returned for a refund. I am disappointed with this experience and don't plan on making future purchases from Amazon.

Yesterday, Intelcom mistakenly delivered my package to the wrong address. After contacting them and providing the correct address based on their tracking information, they claimed my address was wrong. They assured me the package would be delivered to the correct address the next day. Sadly, upon checking the tracking number today, I discovered that the package was sent back to Amazon as damaged. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly and receive my order as soon as possible.

I did not receive the [redacted]% Natural Rawhide that was delivered on March 5, [redacted]. The items were missing from the box, and I am requesting a refund of $3.48 plus tax for them. I am disappointed in the delay caused by Delivery People struggling to find my address due to being in a new Condo Development. Additionally, the Masks and Gloves I ordered in April have not arrived, and I no longer want them. I have reached out to the seller and Amazon via email, but have not received a response. My Visa was charged for these items, but I have not received anything.

I am writing in reference to order# [redacted]-[redacted]. Today, I received the second package of this order, and unfortunately, the bag containing the items was damaged. The package included: 1. Westcott Heavy Duty Carbo Titanium 9" Bent Scissors ([redacted]) 2. Singer [redacted] 8-1/2-Inch Fabric Scissors with Comfort Grip 3. Szco Supplies Professional Tailor Scissors, 12-Inch The bag was inside a Canada Post envelope bag, which had an apology for the damage. Despite the damaged package, I discovered that the Szco Supplies Professional Tailor Scissors, 12-Inch (Item #2) was missing. The plastic bag for the scissors was there, but the scissors were not. My wife has been eagerly anticipating this item, and it's disappointing that it's missing. I immediately contacted the Post Office at 1-[redacted], and they informed me that only the sender can start a claim for the missing item. I have a monthly recurring order for dog food. I received an email on May 31 that the order was shipped, with an expected delivery by June 8. It's now June 17, and I still haven't received my item. The money was taken from my credit card, and on June 15, the tracking suggested my order might be lost. I've attempted to reach out via email and phone but haven't had any luck. I understand the impact of Covid-19, but it's frustrating that I can't get any assistance even though you were able to process my payment. This situation has led me to cancel my monthly orders. I ordered two boxes of 40+ table tennis balls (2 x [redacted]) from a table tennis ball company on Amazon. However, after entering my Visa card information to complete the payment, I did not receive an order number. I assumed the order was canceled as I was not charged initially. To my surprise, I later discovered two separate charges on my TD Bank account statement from Amazon. The first charge was for CAD $44.40 x2 on March 4th under the description "AMZNMktpla 25.00_V." The second charge was for CAD $46.1 x2 on April 22nd under the description "AMAZON MKTPC AU SYDNEY SOUTH FOREIGN CURRENCY 49.95 AUD@EXCHANGE RATE 0.[redacted]." Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my return. My ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] includes a Corsair Power Supply and a Corsair PC Case that were due to be returned by March 30. Due to lockdown restrictions in MTL, I contacted customer service two weeks before the deadline. They provided me with a return label without a due date considering the lockdown situation. Today, when I attempted to return the items to the post office, I encountered an issue as both items have the same barcode, preventing me from sending back the Corsair PC Case. I successfully returned the Corsair Power Supply but am now stuck with the PC Case. I have already ordered a new case (ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]) arriving this Sunday. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge from Amazon on my credit card, which I have never used on their site. The charge was for Amazon Prime, a service we did not order or use. After contacting Amazon's customer service and being advised to speak with my bank, they initiated an investigation but the refund has not been processed. Amazon did not provide any goodwill gesture like the free month of service we never even signed up for. It's concerning that a company of their size could not rectify the situation or offer a simple gesture of goodwill. I am disappointed with the customer service experience. I have cautioned others in my circle against shopping on Amazon due to this unsettling experience.
