Yesterday, I paid $22.82 for an IMDbPro subscription, which was working fine last night, but today it became inactive. When I contacted customer service for assistance, they mentioned that the charge was being disputed, which is inaccurate as I confirmed with Visa that the charge went through. Dealing with IMDbPro customer service has been a continuous challenge, and I hope they can resolve this issue promptly and reinstate my service. I'm turning to this forum for support as my interactions with IMDbPro have been frustrating. Thank you.

Hello, I have made multiple calls regarding my locked account. One representative on November 18 assured me it would be reactivated within 24 hours after providing necessary identification proof. Another representative last week mentioned they would follow up as my account remains locked. It has now been a month, and Amazon continues to charge me for Amazon Prime. Kindly reactivate my account or refund the Prime fee. My account is registered under the email [redacted] Please contact me via email.

I've made multiple attempts, seven in total, to secure a refund for Amazon gift cards purchased in-store that I later realized were part of a scam. Despite contacting customer service promptly and having the cards canceled, I am yet to receive a response regarding my refund as promised within 2-3 business days. After following up after a week and being assured of a reply, it has now been over three weeks without any communication or refund being issued. Feeling frustrated by this delay, I provided all card numbers and details to various Amazon representatives along with my receipts. Issue with Order: Two orders were mistakenly placed, one was accepted, billed, and then cancelled. One of the orders had multiple items including a Tablet, screen protector, and batteries. A total of 7 items were shipped, including duplicates of some items. After realizing the error, one order was successfully cancelled, and three items were returned (Tablet, screen protector, and batteries). The customer returned: 1 Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (64GB) - Gray 1 Simpeak Screen Protector Compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite[2 Pack] 1 AmazonBasics AAA Rechargeable Batteries (12-Pack) However, the refund was received only for the screen protector and batteries. The customer is now seeking a refund for the Tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (64GB) - Gray that was returned.

I have not yet received the Glade product. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted], which had two shipments. I received the scale and vitamins on December 18, but the other part of the order that was supposed to arrive on November 26, the Glade product, has not been delivered. The delivery driver who came to my house today damaged my lawn and got stuck in the ditch. Unfortunately, she was rude and inconsiderate throughout the process. I contacted my boyfriend for assistance, but before he arrived, she sought help elsewhere. There was no apology for the damage to my grass, no indication of her departure, and no gratitude for the help offered. This entire incident has left us feeling quite upset.

I bought this item last year (Order # [redacted]-[redacted]). It's a drone with two batteries. The batteries don't last long, and I requested two more from the vendor. On December 5th, I requested and received a refund for order # [redacted]-[redacted] that was initially reported as lost. However, the order has since been delivered, so I would like to cancel the refund/credit. I recently received a refund for order [redacted][redacted]. The reason given was that the item couldn't be delivered due to incorrect delivery information. I've been using the same address successfully for years, including receiving deliveries just a few days ago. I made sure to update the delivery details to specify Etobicoke instead of Toronto, and also provided a new phone number. It's frustrating to have to reorder the item and face a delay when the address and postal code have been accurate for all these years.

Good morning, I recently received my order containing winter boots and Pittsburgh Steelers golf club covers on time. Today, my package was erroneously delivered to the wrong address for the second time this week. Despite my clear instructions for delivery to the back door due to a shared living situation at the front entrance, packages continue to be misplaced, with marked delivery instructions indicating front door drop-off. Although the late arrival of my package is not the primary concern, timely delivery might have prevented another theft. I kindly request Amazon's intervention to address this issue and ensure the delivery service receives accurate information to avoid further errors. Having provided specific delivery instructions to Canada Post, it is disconcerting to repeatedly encounter misdeliveries. Could I please receive a refund or expedited delivery to the correct address at [redacted] Talbot Street South, Simcoe, Ontario, N3Y2Z6, specifying delivery to the rear door? I have been absent from all technology due to health issues recently. I discovered that my sibling made unauthorized purchases on my Amazon account, using my card. I have initiated a return for the Apple Airpods Generation 2 they bought, but I also need assistance returning and refunding the Pokémon Booster Box item. This was not approved by me, and I am in need of a complete refund for this. I purchased 15 items for my 4 boys as Christmas gifts, totaling $[redacted].18. I received a confirmation of the order along with the order number. Later, I was asked for additional information, so I provided my driver's license and a photo of my debit Visa card (front and back). I placed an order #[redacted]-[redacted] on December 8, [redacted]. It shows as delivered on Saturday, December 11, [redacted]. My neighbor discovered an empty envelope by my door which I later realized should have contained my order. The envelope was empty, and I suspect someone removed my items. I have kept the envelope as evidence. I am unsure about the next steps. Could you please assist me by either replacing the order or investigating with the delivery driver? I can see the photo he presumably took during delivery. I do not recall the delivery service used. Although the order was not high in value, the items inside were intended for Christmas gifts. I recently encountered difficulties accessing my account after changing my cell number. I had to submit my photo ID four times before they realized they were resetting the Two-Step Verification on an unknown Amazon.com account. They eventually reset the Two-Step Verification on my Amazon.ca account ([redacted]). I updated my cell number on both accounts, yet today when I tried to access my Amazon.ca account, I was prompted to accept a notification sent to my old cell number. This frustrating experience has led me to decide to cancel my Amazon Prime membership and close my Amazon account. It's disappointing to be facing these issues when I have been a loyal customer spending over $1,[redacted] annually.
