I have been in contact with customer service regarding a replacement SIM card for my phone. After receiving an incorrect SIM card, I requested the correct one, but was informed that my phone does not use a SIM card. The initial SIM card they sent was for an AT&T service phone, however, I now use a Verizon Straight Talk compatible phone with 4G LTE capabilities. Despite assurances of a replacement, I was later told my phone does not support a SIM card. I am confused and seeking assistance with this issue.

I am encountering an issue with my phone where it continuously displays messages like "unfortunately, the processcom.android.systemui has stopped" and "google play services has stopped". Additionally, the screen zooms in and out on its own and shows photos from my phone's gallery. I have attempted to enter safe mode, but the problems persist. Despite multiple attempts, factory resetting the device has not resolved the issue. I had a similar problem with a different phone in the past and exchanged it. Any advice on how to address this recurring issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing issues with my phone. Even though it shows that I am connected to 3G and my account is active, I am unable to send texts or make calls. This morning everything was working fine, but suddenly stopped without any changes on my end. I have tried reprogramming my phone multiple times, and each attempt shows success. However, when I try to make a call, I receive a message saying, "Thank you for calling Verizon Wireless. There was an issue with your call. Please restart your phone and try again." I spent three hours on the phone with customer service, but the problem persists. Additionally, the website states that my phone is both active and inactive simultaneously.

My grandmother and I bought two LG Sunset phones. Unfortunately, mine got stolen. She then got me a cheaper LG Lucky, while keeping the Sunset, which I prefer. Since she didn't want to change her number, she suggested we swap phones. However, when we did this, both phones ended up registered under her account with the same number. I tried activating the Sunset, but it wouldn't work with the same number. I've reached out for help multiple times, but no one has resolved the issue. I've spent $90 on cards due to this confusion. I really need assistance with this frustrating situation.

I accidentally damaged my phone and had to wait a few weeks to replace it. I purchased a new phone yesterday and refilled my service today. However, I am unable to locate my old phone to transfer my minutes and number. The system indicates that my service PIN has already been utilized. How can I resolve this issue and transfer my minutes and number to my new device? Or do I need to purchase a new card and obtain a new number instead?

Last night, my SIM card was locked. I contacted Straight Talk today to have it unlocked. Although they unlocked it, I am now prompted to enter a four-digit SIM card PIN every time I turn on my phone. Upon entering the PIN, I have no service. Initially displaying almost full bars, they disappear after a few seconds, and I lose 3G or 4G network connectivity. In my phone settings, under More > Mobile Networks, I can't select anything as all options are grayed out. Despite my phone being active with service for another five days, I can't establish a connection. How can I resolve this issue and restore normal functionality to my phone?

I have been trying to reach them countless times over the past 4 days. This phone is brand new, and I am frustrated that it still doesn't work. After purchasing a prepaid card over the phone and trying to activate it, I keep encountering issues. Calling *22 repeatedly only leads to a message saying it can't be processed at the moment. I have kids who need to contact me, and this is my only phone. I've had to borrow a friend's phone with minutes just to contact customer service, only to be put on hold for extended periods and told it may take another 24 hours to resolve. My service end date is approaching, and I have yet to use it. This situation is very disappointing for me.

I recently joined the Bring Your Own Phone Program with Straight Talk Wireless. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. Since switching from Verizon two weeks ago, I have encountered ongoing issues with my service. Despite contacting customer care multiple times, following their instructions has not resolved the problems. My iPhone, which worked flawlessly with Verizon for a year, now has issues with mobile data and frequently fails to make or receive calls or texts unless connected to Wi-Fi. This unreliable service has caused me to miss important calls and messages, impacting my work and personal life. I have tried everything to fix these issues to no avail. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly or receive a replacement device from Straight Talk to prevent further disruptions.

I recently ordered a phone, but unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong address by your company and was returned to FedEx. FedEx then returned it after only 2 days instead of the expected 3. I have since ordered another phone. I would appreciate confirmation that I will receive a refund once the phone reaches your warehouse. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as I have been quite frustrated dealing with Straight Talk over the past few days.

My phone won't activate because Walmart didn't scan it properly. I have the original box and all accessories but can't find my receipt. I paid $[redacted] for the phone and $45 for a card. Walmart has been unhelpful and rude. Please assist me in getting the phone working; it's my only means of staying in touch with my daughter, and buying a new one is not an option for me. Thank you.

I sent my phone on March 4th, [redacted], in the package I received on March 2nd, [redacted], from Straight Talk. I have not received my replacement phone yet, and it's been three weeks. The FedEx receipt from the package I sent does not have the correct tracking number on it. This is my business phone, and not having it is costing me money. I need this issue addressed promptly as it has been taking too long.

On March 11, my phone number with Straight Talk ([redacted]) was mistakenly changed during technical troubleshooting. After receiving a new SIM card and going through the process twice, I still did not have my original number back. Despite being assured my number was reserved, it was given to another customer when the second replacement SIM arrived on March 17. After encountering further difficulties with porting my number to AT&T, I faced ongoing issues and conflicting information from Straight Talk. Despite multiple calls and promises of resolution, my number remained inactive, and no progress was made. The most recent call on March 22 revealed that the current SIM in my phone was not associated with my original number, leading to more delays. Straight Talk claimed they were waiting on AT&T for a solution, adding more confusion to the situation. The journey to regain my number has been frustrating, with hang-ups and unfulfilled promises, leaving me still without my old line.

I recently spoke with a customer service representative who assured me they added my service card, which I mistakenly threw away. However, I have been receiving text messages indicating that my service is expiring tomorrow. I tried calling customer service but was left on hold for an extended period without assistance. I have also reached out through Facebook and texted "Help" to [redacted], but unfortunately, my issue has not been resolved yet.

I've been using Straight Talk from Walmart with a Samsung phone for only 28 days. Unfortunately, my SIM card is now not working, and I won't get a replacement until 5/1/16. This means I'll be without phone service for 4 to 5 days, which is concerning as I have a young child with medical needs. I regret choosing Straight Talk and believe I deserve a rebate for the time without service. It's unbelievable that this could happen after only 28 days with their service.

Hi, I am experiencing connectivity problems despite attempting to resolve them by activating airplane mode and restarting the phone. I am uncertain whether my phone needs reactivation or if my data usage is being restricted. I am a heavy data user and promptly purchase a new phone card when my data limit is reached since I am unable to utilize WiFi. I've heard about individuals facing data throttling even without exceeding the 5 GB limit, which concerns me. I would appreciate assistance in identifying and resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.

When I make or receive calls, the other party cannot hear me. I reached out to customer service yesterday and was instructed to remove the SIM card for a minute, then make a call to test if the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Now, when I try to send text messages, I receive an error stating "not able to access Mobile network." This issue is preventing me from making calls, using Facebook Messenger, or sending regular text messages via my cellular number. My phone number is [redacted]. Interestingly, I can still text your customer service team without any problems.

Today, I took my phone out of my pocket and thought it was dead. After charging it for a while, when I attempted to turn it on, the screen remained black. Despite no visible damage and working well earlier, the screen stayed unresponsive. I attempted various fixes like removing and reinserting the battery, plugging it into a power source, and holding the power button, leading to vibrations like it was turning on, but the screen remained dark.

My phone was stolen, and I requested a callback from a representative, but I have not received one. I have been attempting to reach out for three weeks and the long hold times have tested my patience. If given poor service, I would like a refund for the phone and the two to three months of service. I have always been a loyal customer and expect better treatment. I am hoping for a new phone to be sent to me at no charge to make up for the delay. My service will expire on the 11th of May, and I understand that the lost time is not the company's fault.

Hello! I own an LG Fiesta 2 (Model LGL164VL) that recently displayed an 'invalid SIM card' message. I have attempted several troubleshooting steps, such as resetting network settings and restoring factory defaults. Despite having the phone for a few months without any previous issues, I can't seem to resolve this. I believe a new SIM card might be necessary based on my research. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I recently recharged my phone with a service card, and although the transaction seemed successful with the new service end date showing as 6-14-18, I have been unable to make calls, send texts, or access the internet. Upon trying to make a call, a message prompts me to stay on the line to reactivate my service, and eventually states that the call cannot be completed as dialed. I am frustrated with the ongoing issues I've experienced with Straight Talk and am considering switching to another phone provider. Getting assistance to resolve this problem has been challenging.
