Filed my taxes ******* irs accepted it on **th of jan. Refund date was *******. Then changed to being delayed. I call irs to see what was going on they told me it was sent to bank and then bank sent it back to irs. I called my bank they said they had no records of that transaction. I called back another representative told me its under review but didn't no why and to call back after ** days. We finally called the second week of May when we thought we would of recieved it. I talked with a lady that said after a while of trying to get off phone with me that we need to go to local irs office for an identity verification. Went to verify, lady told us it will be about ** more days to review it further. We are a family of * currently homeless staying different places week to week. We have no vehicle to even find work. We need our refund asap to get a vehicle and a home for our children. Can you help
